Returns
You may request a return within 3 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain products such as used skincare tools (e.g., derma rollers, ice roller, gua sha) cannot be returned once opened or used.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos as proof. We will offer a replacement or full refund.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged or incorrect.
